Roger Kiska speaks to Premier Radio after Charlie Gard's parents announce that they are ending their legal battle to take their terminally-ill baby to the US for experimental treatment.
He says: "Had they been given the parental rights that should have belonged to them in the first place it wouldn't have been too late to do the therapy."
