Roger Kiska comments after Supreme Court rules Employment tribunal fees as unlawful

Roger Kiska speaks to Premier Radio about a new law that says claimants should not be charged for taking a case to the Employment Tribunal.

He says: "This is a wonderful victory, not just for our clients, but everyone who wants to seek justice from the Employment Tribunals".
