Tim Dieppe discusses the influence of sharia courts on Revelation TV

Christian Concern's Islamic Affairs Director, Tim Dieppe, was interviewed for the Politics show on Revelation TV this week. In the programme Tim discusses the influence of sharia courts in the UK and the ways in which they discriminate against women.

He points out that this risks creating a parallel legal system and criticises the government’s review into the operation of sharia courts. Tim explains how Baroness Cox’s Arbitration and Mediation Services (Equality) Bill would effectively prevent such courts from operating.
