'Passive tolerance' is insufficient, says PM

In a major speech, David Cameron has outlined four pillars of the government's approach to tackling "extremism".

The full strategy will be unveiled in the autumn. Andrea Williams said: "Islamic terrorism must be tackled, but David Cameron's approach remains dangerously ambiguous.
