Islam is 'not a religion of peace'

Commentator Douglas Murray has criticised Western countries for repeated claims that major terrorist attacks in recent years have “nothing to do with Islam”.
Writing in light of the Paris attacks, he challenges this politically correct mantra, saying that the public knows it is a lie and politicians should acknowledge it to be so. Until we recognise the “verifiable truth” about Islam, found in Islamic texts, “we will never defeat the violence,” he says in his article for the Spectator.
