LGBTI Mission lobbies for 'full participation'

Printer-friendly version

A new 'Anglican' pressure group has been formed to promote "full participation" of LGBTI people in the CofE, including the acceptance of clergy in same-sex 'marriages'.

The group, LGBTI Mission, includes well-known activists and campaigners, such as Bishop Alan Wilson and Vicky Beeching, and advocates the "celebration" of those in "life-long, faithful, stable same-sex relationships". Andrea Williams described this as "blatant disobedience to the Bible's teaching"
