'Cultural mandate' to protect creation

In light of the Paris summit on climate change, Andrew Sandlin offers a biblical perspective on care for creation, which "contrasts sharply with the secular view championed by all leaders of the participating Western nations."

Andrew points us to God's charge of stewardship, recorded in the book of Genesis, and reminds us that humanity’s relationship to creation is "divinely prescribed" and "one of active and perpetual interest, care, and cultivation".
