Revd Andrew Symes, of Anglican Mainstream, has given a personal appraisal of his experience in attending the Anglican Church in North America Assembly (ACNA) established in response to the increasing liberalisation of the official denomination in the United States.
He concluded that it was “a great blessing to be part of a a new movement of Anglicans unshackled by affiliation to …..a denomination constantly trying to balance and make peace between totally different viewpoints.”
