A series of unannounced raids on abortion clinics this week has revealed that a “shocking” number are flouting abortion laws and offering abortion on demand.
A Judge has ruled that a Christian who was demoted for posting private comments on his Facebook page criticising the introduction of “gay marriage” in churches cannot rely on his human rights to defend himself.
Should same-sex marriage be introduced in the UK, churches that refuse the ceremonies are likely to face legal challenges, and statutory protections for religious freedom may be overturned by the European Court of Human Rights.
