Power over abortion law in Scotland looks set to be devolved to the Scottish Parliament. Pro-life MPs Fiona Bruce, John Pugh and Robert Flello proposed a change earlier in the year and received backing from the SNP.
The move has now won support from the government, with the Scottish Secretary, David Mundell, this week telling the Scottish Affairs Select Committee that the government will introduce an amendment to the Scotland Bill to effect the change.
