Christian schools in Britain are under renewed scrutiny from the European Commission following a complaint lodged by the British Humanist Association.
The atheistic humanist organisation claims that faith schools are breaching EU rules if they list adherence to a particular religion as a 'desirable quality' when recruiting staff. A similar investigation was suspended last year after finding schools were not in breach of the law.
