Most schools should include non-religious worldviews in their curriculum, the High Court has indicated.
Mr Justice Warby said that Education Secretary Nicky Morgan had made an "error in law" by suggesting that a new Religious Studies GCSE syllabus that excludes beliefs such as humanism, would "fulfil" the state's religious education duties. Andrew Copson, chief executive of the British Humanist Association described the ruling as a "stunning victory."
