Roger Kiska speaks to BBC Radio Essex about the Charlie Gard case. Charlie's parents have announced that they are ending their legal battle to take their terminally-ill baby to the US for experimental treatment.

Roger says: "There should have been no question that this should have been a decision for the parents and the parents alone."
