Roger Kiska speaks to Revelation TV about the case of Charlie Gard.

He says: "The state is usurping more and more parental authority.

"Here you have two parents who naturally want to do all [that] they can to save Charlie... And then that goes up against a cold hospital bureaucracy... More and more the family courts are siding with hospitals over parents on these issues."
