Roger Kiska speaks to BBC Radio Leeds 'gender-neutral' toilets.
He says: "We've had incidences, for example, in schools where they've put in unisex toileting and young children, because of the new arrangements, have wet themselves.
"We're putting - through these laws, the genuine desire to be inclusive and tolerant - but we're putting our children in that circumstance and their best interest at risk".
