Tim Dieppe speaks to Talk2Me Radio about signs used in the Pride march bearing such as, "Allah is gay." Following the London event, Muslim leaders have made formal complaints to the event organisers.
He says: "The question is, are they offence? And the answer to that is, yes they are... The next question is, is that breaking the law to be offensive? And the answer to that is, no it's isn't."
"It does appear that insulting Islam is taken more seriously than insulting Christianity, which is an extraordinary position to be in, given that far more people identify as Christians than as Muslims, for example, in this country."
