The founder of Culture of Life Africa has written an open letter to President Barack Obama, requesting that he respect the place of traditional marriage in African life.
Obianuju Ekeocha, originally from Nigeria but now living and working in London, spoke out against the increasing pressure made by Western leaders to begin ‘modernising’ and promoting same sex marriage in developing countries.
In a short article for Life Site News, she highlights President Obama’s comments made in a recent visit to Africa where he spoke about “equality”.
Ekeocha asked: “Will African nations be punished into submission as is the fate of increasing numbers of men and women who have voiced their concerns or objections in Europe or America?”
