Britain's most senior female judge has revived calls for 'no-fault' divorce reform.
Baroness Hale, the Deputy President of the Supreme Court, says that removing the need to establish 'fault' will make divorce proceedings less acrimonious. But Andrea Williams has criticised the proposal. "We need policy and resources to support and encourage marriage not undermine it by making divorce easier," she says.
