As Christians, our whole lives are to be lived to God’s glory - at home, in the workplace, and in all of our relationships and activities. Although Christian Concern focuses on the other areas mentioned, there are many other areas where we also campaign for Biblical values to be applied in society. The Bible has relevance in every area of our culture.

    A church in Liverpool has been ostracised from other community groups in the city after it came to light that they had published a resource which labelled homosexuality “a sin” and suggested ways in which to help. Frontline Church in Wavertree had made the “fact sheet” available on the website. There has been a strong reaction to the leaflet’s content, in particular its suggestion that people are not “born homosexual”.
  • November 7th, 2011
    A new poll by ComRes has found that a massive 83% of church-going Christians in the UK are opposed to plans by the Conservative Party to legalise homosexual marriage, and 57% of all respondents are 'less likely to vote' for the party because of this move.
  • October 21st, 2011
    Ann Widdecombe, the long-standing Conservative MP, is expected to criticise the government’s policy on cutting aid to countries which have laws against homosexuality whilst failing to take a stand against countries which persecute Christians.
